What happened to you may have impacted your life. It doesn't have to define your future.
A Christ-centered, clinically informed healing experience based from the book Healing Trauma God's Way. Designed to help you understand the impact of trauma, address wounds beneath the surface, and intentionally begin moving toward healing, growth, and greater freedom.
Self-Paced • Private • Faith-Centered • Access From Anywhere
"There is hope after what happened."
I want to personally share why I created the Healing From Trauma Workshop and what I hope this experience helps you discover about yourself, your healing, and what may be possible on the other side of what you've experienced.
This workshop was created to give you a private space to slow down, understand what you've experienced, and intentionally participate in your healing.

Trauma doesn't always stay in the past.
Sometimes its effects show up in how you think, how you respond emotionally, how you see yourself, how you relate to other people, and even how safe you feel moving forward.
You may know something affected you without fully understanding why it continues to affect you.
Healing begins when we stop only asking:
"What's wrong with me?"
and begin exploring:
"What happened to me — and what needs to heal?"
You don't have to remain stuck in survival mode.

Healing begins with slowing down enough to listen to what you've been carrying.
The Healing From Trauma Workshop gives you a structured space to understand trauma through both a therapeutic and Christ-centered lens.
Rather than simply telling you to "move on," this experience helps you slow down, recognize what has been affected, identify wounds that may still need attention, and intentionally participate in your healing.
This is not about pretending the past didn't happen.
It's about helping the past lose its power
to control your future.
Healing involves more than simply knowing that something happened. This workshop helps you begin understanding what was affected and what moving forward can look like.
Learn how trauma can quietly shape your emotions, thoughts, relationships, behaviors, beliefs, and sense of safety — often in ways you may not have recognized until now.
Begin identifying the wounds, triggers, patterns, and areas of your life that may still be connected to what you experienced — with compassion, not judgment.
Participate in teaching, personal reflection, prayer, and a focused healing trauma session designed to help you intentionally engage the healing process.
Explore Post-Traumatic Growth and what it can mean to move beyond simply surviving — toward intentionally building what comes next with greater awareness.
A complete, intentionally designed journey that walks with you through understanding, processing, and moving forward — at your own pace, in your own space.
The foundational teaching that helps you understand trauma, its impact, and the beginning of a genuine healing process — laid out clearly and compassionately.
Explore important principles that can help you intentionally engage your healing — not as theory, but as practical guidance for the journey ahead.
Participate in a focused, guided healing experience designed to help you meet what you've been carrying with honesty, prayer, and intentional care.
Explore how life after trauma can involve more than recovery — it can include growth, deeper awareness, and the ability to move forward differently.
Receive additional insight and thoughtful answers to common questions surrounding trauma, healing, faith, and the path forward — addressing what many carry but rarely ask aloud.
Use the workbook alongside the workshop to reflect, process, write, and personally engage what you are learning — turning teaching into your own lived experience.
Your space. Your pace. Your healing journey.
Move through the experience privately. Pause when you need to reflect. Return to important teachings. Give yourself space to participate honestly in the process.
What happened is part of your story. It doesn't have to write the rest of it.

Founder of God Therapy®
Timothy Lane is a pastor, therapist, author, and founder of God Therapy® — a 7-step Christ-centered approach that brings together inner healing, deliverance, therapeutic understanding, and trauma recovery.
With educational training in counseling, psychology, and theology, along with experience in clinical therapeutic settings and pastoral ministry, Timothy has spent years helping people understand emotional wounds, identify what may be happening beneath the surface, and pursue healing and greater freedom.
His approach is grounded in a simple belief:
"We are whole people — body, mind, soul, and spirit — and healing should be willing to address the whole person."
Understanding yourself more clearly.
Recognizing your triggers instead of simply reacting to them.
Having language for what you've experienced.
Beginning to address pain you've carried for years.
Developing healthier ways to respond to what life brings.
Feeling more emotionally and spiritually grounded.
Understanding that what happened to you does not have to become your identity.
Intentionally moving forward without allowing your past to continually determine your future.
Healing cannot change what happened. But healing can change what happens next.
You don't have to have everything figured out before you begin.
Yes. The Healing From Trauma Workshop was created to be accessible whether this is your first step toward healing or one of many. Timothy walks through trauma in clear, compassionate language — and you can pause, rewatch, and move at your own pace.
Many people carry wounds they've minimized for years. The workshop helps you explore what you've experienced without judgment — and discover for yourself what has been affecting you. You don't need a label to begin healing.
The God Therapy® approach intentionally integrates clinical therapeutic understanding with Christ-centered healing. It's not a quick prayer formula, and it's not therapy that leaves faith at the door. It addresses the whole person — body, mind, soul, and spirit.
Healing is a process — and this workshop is a meaningful, intentional step into that process. It is designed to help you understand what you've experienced, begin engaging it, and move forward. For many, it becomes a turning point. We don't make promises we can't keep.
You receive lifetime access to the workshop materials. Move through it at the pace your healing requires — return to important teachings, revisit the workbook, and engage it as many times as you need.
Completely private. Your enrollment is confidential, and the entire experience takes place in your own space, on your own schedule. You don't appear on a camera, share in a group, or interact with anyone unless you choose to.
Many participants use the workshop alongside their current therapeutic work. It often deepens and accelerates what is already happening in therapy — and gives you structured teaching you can revisit between sessions.
We wanted to make genuine, expert-led trauma healing accessible — without the cost barriers of long-term therapy or extended programs. $199 covers the complete workshop, workbook, and lifetime access. It is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself.
You've already survived what happened. Now give yourself the opportunity to better understand what you've experienced, address what may still need healing, and intentionally participate in what comes next.
Begin when you're ready. Move at your own pace. Heal in your own space.
